中國共產黨第二十屆中央委員會第三次全體會議于7月15日至18日舉行，引發國際關注。美國康奈爾大學約翰遜商學院新興市場研究所主任盧爾德·卡薩諾瓦(Lourdes Casanova)對中國企業未來是否繼續會堅持“出海”發出提問，中新網邀請中國對外經濟貿易大學國際經濟研究院院長桑百川做出解答。桑百川表示，中國將擴大對外開放，中企將繼續“出海”，同時，外資經濟已成為中國經濟的重要組成部分，中國將采取措施，優化外資營商環境。(薛凌橋 陳彩霞)

　　The 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) convened its third plenary session in Beijing from Monday to Thursday. When asked whether Chinese companies will continue expanding internationally, Sang Baichuan, dean of Institute of International Economics at University of International Business and Economics, recently joined China News Network for related interpretation.

　　Professor Sang said that China will stick to its opening-up policy and Chinese companies will continue to invest overseas. With foreign capital becomes an integral part of China’s economy, the Chinese government will take measures to create a favorable business environment for foreign-invested enterprises.
